📱 Option 1: Book in the iClass Pro App
The fastest way to book if you’re on your phone.
- Download the iClass Pro app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Search for your location: KidsCanSwim Kanata, KidsCanSwim Orléans, or KidsCanSwim Westboro (Altea).
- Create your free parent account (or log in if you already have one).
- Browse class times and find one that fits your schedule.
- Tap the class, then tap Request a Trial.
That’s it — we’ll confirm your spot by email and call the day before your class.
📝 Option 2: Follow Written, Step-by-Step Instructions
Prefer to book from your computer or follow along at your own pace? Here’s exactly what to do:
- Choose your preferred location below and create a free parent portal account — each portal is specific to one location, so make sure you pick the right one.
- Once logged in, browse class times, dates, and levels (based on your quiz results) — you can select any open class that works for your family.
- Click on the class, then click Request a Trial. (Note: you must be logged in to request a trial.)
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your trial is booked and a call the day before your trial class.

How to Book
To get started you’ll first need to find the level best suited to your child. You can do this by using our Find Your Level Tool. Once you know which level you’d like to register for;
- Pick your preferred location and create a parent portal account using the links below – each parent portal is specific to one location.
- While logged in, search for the class time, date and level that works for you – you can select any open class.
- Click on the class and select the “Request A Trial” button – you must be logged in to request a trial.
During your free trial you’ll get the chance to:
- Tour our KCS facilities;
- Meet our friendly and highly qualified team;
- Swim in a full 30 minute class; and,
- Get a swim assessment to confirm your child’s level in our program!
