KidsCanSwim Introduces Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for All Team Members and New Hires
KidsCanSwim (“KCS”) announced today that it has introduced a new health and safety policy to further protect team members and guests that makes it mandatory for all team members of KCS to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they are exempt for a valid medical or legal reason, by October 31st, 2021. In addition, KCS is making full vaccination a condition of employment for any individual hired by the company.
The decision to require all team members of KCS to be fully vaccinated and report their vaccination status is another one of its initiatives aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone attending their facilities. Under the mandatory vaccination policy, testing will not be offered as an alternative.
As always, KCS’ top priority will always be the health and safety of its guests, team members and community.
